Mental Health Services

I provide hour-long individual therapy sessions and 90-minute-long family therapy sessions. These sessions are provided remotely, through an online platform.

The cost is $180 per individual session and $200 per family session. I also offer sliding scale pricing. If you are interested in knowing more about the sliding scale, we can discuss it on the phone.

One of my areas of expertise is working with teens. I have over 20 years of experience working with teens as a teacher or therapist.

Another area of expertise for me is working with people with severe mental illness, such as bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, and schizophrenia. Having worked at a psychiatric hospital, I am also trained in working with people with active suicidal ideation.
